Emperor Of the Daleks: He is what his name suggests every single dalek will listen to him and obay him. He was last seen invading earth in the future.
Davros Creator of the Daleks: Davros originally created the dalek for a travel machine for what his race would grow into but he changed the structure of this being so it had only hatred but eventually the Daleks used this hatred and EXTERMINATED him.
